School Convenors act sort of like a Class Rep for Class Reps within their School. A School Convenor will help to coordinate the Class Reps in a School if some issue is too big for one Class Rep to take on, or is a problem affecting all the students in the School. Generally School Convenors will be in their Senior Freshman year or above, so can advise and assist new Class Reps with their work, representing students.

Perhaps the most important part of a School Convenor's job is to sit on their School Executive. At School Exec, some very important decisions will be made on specific courses and problems in that School, and as the School Convenor is a student in that School they can often do more than any Sabbatical Officer to look out for the interests of students here. School Convenors report to their Class Reps and their Faculty Assembly on the work they do at this level.

School Convenors are generally elected at the last Faculty Assembly of the year for the following academic year.
