Despite being the largest library in Ireland, Trinity College Library has some of the worst opening hours among all of the Irish Universities (James Joyce, UCD: 101 hours; BLU, TCD: 71.5 hours)
The book budget has been slashed!
The library is now closed on Sundays again.
They intend to remain closed over the Schols period.
And they are planning to cut hours on Fridays.
The new Library Management System currently only allows people to renew books once and doesn't allow holding of books.
And to top it off they are planning to cut library hours on Fridays to save "costs".
Sign up to our cause and show Trinity that students are against the cuts!
