We have a great opportunity for a receptionist to join the team at Gardiner Lodge, a family-run 4* B&B Hotel in the heart of Dublin City centre. No prior receptionist experience needed, all training will be provided.

We are looking for someone who is bubbly, customer-focused and organised to welcome guests to our 4* B&B, and carry out regular administrative duties.

Duties include:

- Welcoming guests and checking them in on our system (Our hotel uses Roommaster software)

- Taking phone calls and resolving any queries customers may have

- Give general tourist information to our guests

We are looking for someone who is:

- Responsible, organised and efficient at their work

- Friendly and committed to helping our guests

- Familiar with computer and phone systems

- Ability to speak any European languages is a bonus

Working hours flexible. Starting rate is €10/hr, and increases incrementally to €12/hr based on performance.
