Secure and Confidential Destruction of Hard Drives, Solid State Drives & Other Data Storage Media

Refresh offers on-campus Hard Drive destruction and digital erasure of data storage devices.
These include Hard Disk Drives (HDD), Solid State Drives (SSD), USB Drives, CD/DVD, ZIP Disks, Floppy Discs, etc...
  • Physical destruction – the hard drive’s construction is physically shredded so data cannot be retrieved at all. 
  • Digital erasure or wiping – this method overwrites existing data with unique characters so it can’t be transcribed.
