This scheme enables students to borrow a laptop for a maximum period of two weeks and the details are set out below. All laptops are configured to college specifications.

Any student can apply for a loan of a laptop to the Refresh (Computer) Desk in the SU Office, House 6. Students must complete the google form linked below which confirms all the details required to receive a laptop under the scheme including the provision of a completed signed Direct Debit mandate form which gives the SU the legal authority to charge any student who is late or does not return the laptop.

Students must print out and hand in a signed Direct Debit Mandate before the laptop loan can be approved. There is also a provision for mitigation in the event of a student being unable to return the laptop on time.
